What I do
Hello and welcome to my site.
I understand that life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you are dealing with life stressors such as work, relationships, sexual issues or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you.
I will provide a safe, confidential and non judgemental space where you can explore what is happening to you. Doing this will give you insights, help you develop coping strategies and find the strength to cope with everyday life.
I'm experienced in working with individuals, and people in relationships and will tailor the work to fit your needs. My experience includes working with people on a wide range of issues from bereavement to eating disorders, anxiety, depression and sexual problems.

Psychosexual Therapy
Intimacy and sexuality are vital aspects of who we are, but they can also cause anxiety, distress and relationship breakdown. I am a trained Psychosexual Therapist who can help you to navigate your way out of the difficulties you are facing. I will work with you to help you explore what you are wanting out of sex and intimacy, understanding how to express this to your partner(s)
Sexual problems can include for women, lack of desire, vaginisumus, not being able to orgasm.
For men it can include lack of desire, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, not being able to orgasm.
For all sexes it can be coming to terms with the body and its changes through ageing or illness.
I will work with you in a safe, supportive and sensitive way to help you work through your sexual problems. I can work with individuals, couples or people in multiple partner relationships, same sex and heterosexual people.

Relationship Therapy
Sometimes people can struggle with various aspects of their relationships. I can help you through this by helping to improve your communication, resolve conflicts and strengthen your bond. in relationship therapy I provide a safe space to encourage you to discuss your feelings, concerns and needs. The goal is to help you navigate the difficulties you are having whilst fostering a healthier and more fulfilling relationship. Such difficulties can be significant issues such as recovering from affairs, to considering how you are going to live together once you have made a commitment to do so, whether that is marriage or not.
I work with couples or people in multiple partner relationships, same sex and heterosexual people.

Resources and Links
10th September has been designated World Suicide Prevention Month by the International Association for Suicide Prevention. The aim is to raise awareness of suicide and suicide prevention. There is no one single reason a person dies by suicide, it is a complex situation made of different factors including, social, environmental, genetic and psychological. Men are more likely to die by suicide than women, the full reasons for this are not fully understood. For trans and non binary people there are added complexities of discrimination, stigma and prejudice. According to Stonewall, 46% of Trans people have thought about suicide in the past year.
if you or someone you know is struggling with suicidal thoughts please seek help.
